Our modular adapter will easily allow you to convert back and forth between DB9 female plug and RJ12 3-line female phone jack, and are generally used to transfer long distances over phone lines. Our terminal connections are nickel plated and provided for security and a quality connection every time. Additionally, the 4-40 thumb screws keep the adapter in place exactly where you need it. The pin-outs are user configurable to adapt to any specific needs that you may have - these "flying leads" allow for more leeway when inserting the pins.
